The office is not open daily and does not have some of the equipment and facilities to provide proper emergency medical care. In those situations you would contact your primary care center or emergency department for urgent care. You will continue to be listed at your health care center, since the practice is entirely private without subsidies.
Science and proven experience are the starting points in the care provided. The agency Health and Social Care Inspectorate (IVO) supervises the practice, and the practice carries patient insurance.

From the Patient Portal, you can also access your Personal Portal by logging in with your bank ID. There you can book an in-person or telephone appointment. You can also send encrypted personal messages.
